I painted this when my mother was dying of Alzheimer's Disease. It took her six days and it took me six days. The notes are the blocks of color and the drips are the neurotransmitters sometimes connecting and sometimes not. I wanted to make this happy colors as I felt this was a release of her terrible illness she had for too long. This painting is not for sale but I am happy to receive commissions.
